Returns & Exchanges
Return of In Store Purchases
- Bill’s will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Items must be in new condition, with original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product.
- All refunds require original receipt. For refunds without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- No returns on “Special Order” items.
- No returns on products purchased with special promotional pricing. We may, at our discretion, issue a partial credit.
- Returns may be made at both Bill's Bike and Run locations.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
- Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
- Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash up to $75.
- A refund check will be issued for purchases made by personal check and cash returns over $75. The refund check should arrive via mail 7-10 business days from the date we receive the return..
- Refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card or Store Credit will have a new store credit issued.
Product Exchanges
- For product exchanges (e.g. different size, color) the appropriate return policies apply.
- Products purchased at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange. We may at our discretion, provide a partial credit towards the price of the new item.
